Separation Apple TV + will be back for more, revamping the work thriller starring Adam Scott for the second season. The series comes from producer and writer Dan Erickson and director and executive producer Ben Stiller.
Unveiled on Wednesday, the news of the renewal comes ahead of the season one final titled “The We Are” which will drop on Apple TV + on Friday, April 8th.
Inside Separation Mark Scout (Scott) leads a team at Lumen Industries, whose employees have gone through a separation procedure, which surgically divides their memories into their work and personal lives. This daring test is called into question in ‘The Balance of Work-Life’ because Mark finds himself at the center of an unraveling mystery that will force him to face the true nature of his work … and about himself.

I first read Dan’s pilot five years ago. It’s always been a multi-season story, and I’m really glad we were able to continue it. Separation Also featured are Patricia Arquette, John Tuturo, Britt Lower, Zach Cherry, Dichen Lachman, Jane Tullock, Trammell Tillman, Michael Chernas and Christopher Walken.
The series is written and created by Ericsson. Mark Friedman, Chris Black, John Cameron and Andrew Colville Ericsson as well as executive producers. Steeler, Nicky Weinstock and Jackie Cohen produced through Executive Red Hour Productions, and both Arquette and Scott co-produced. Endeavor works as a content studio.
