This comes after Davis recently signed an overall deal with Warner Bros. Television Group and expanded a relationship that began in 2017 when Ava Duvern made her television series debut in an episode of the Array Filmworks drama series. Queen Sugar.
She then became the show’s producer-director in the third season and overseen the show’s all-female directing team, a Duverne-created venture that continues throughout the show’s upcoming sixth season.
