Maternal mortality is a medical and public health crisis that is not being addressed quickly enough. The film chronicles the tragic deaths of Shamni Gibson and Amber Rose Isaacs দুই two black women who died in hospital due to medical negligence. With the help of these cases, managers analyze why something so preventable is still killing women and trying to get to the root of the problem.
